What we do
The Key Napa Valley works with a select group of customers to find and acquire the wines they are most passionate about. Our customer base is intentionally limited as the wineries we collaborate with - both in Napa Valley and beyond-produce wines in highly allocated limited quantities, even in the most challenging times for the industry. We have access to the best the wine world has to offer, leveraging relationships built over two decades in the wine business. We do so regularly and reliably so when you become a client you know you will always have access to your favorites, both those you have enjoyed for years and new ones you will be exposed to through this unique business relationship.
Given the caliber of the wineries we work with both from The Napa Valley and other global wine regions, we will always quote the vintage of the wines you are purchasing. If the vintage is different when we receive the wine, we will tell you and give you the option of proceeding with your purchase.
We stand behind every bottle we sell. If you ever receive a flawed bottle from us, from cork taint (TCA), Volatile Acidity (VA), simple bottle variation or other flaws, put the cork back in the bottle and we will arrange to have it shipped back to us and we will replace it.
We ship to most states and if we can’t, we will tell you upfront. We will closely monitor the weather for both heat and cold to ensure your wine arrives in pristine condition. We charge for shipping exactly what it costs us from UPS or less guaranteed and will always quote the shipping prior to completing your transaction.
